Pamela Aro Pamela Aro, Founder richAro Enterprises, a woman-owned business and exclusive licensing holder of the Pedigree Management and Assessment Framework (PMAF) which is the first general purpose pedigree assessment program that can be used in a net-centric environment. Prior to founding RAE Enterprises Ms. Aro has 25 years of sales and sales management experience in information technology markets. Ms. Aro graduated Magna Cum lLaude of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with a Bachelors of Arts in Marketing and Business. Currently she is involved in many community organizations including Toys for Tots annual drive, Vienna Little League, and school PTA in addition to her business responsibilities at richAro Enterprises. |

Goodrich Principal PSP founder Russ Goodrich possesses a thorough understanding of the unique requirements of the public sector marketplace and a deep expertise in public sector IT operations. Mr. Goodrich has more than 25 years experience in federal sales operations including serving as head of SAP's Federal Operations. At SAP America, Mr. Goodrich established its first Federal Business Operations. Today, SAP Federal is the dominant ERP application provider for many DOD and Civilian agencies. Prior to SAP, Goodrich held senior sales management positions with Shared Medical Systems, Sterling Software, and Vignette. Instrumental to his achieving revenue growth in the Public Sector, Mr. Goodrich built key strategic relationships with all system integrators and partners. This extensive network also covers the State and Local and Higher Education markets.
Mr. Goodrich is a graduate of the
University of Maryland and served in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Goodrich has been quoted as an industry expert in numerous
publications including Government Executive.com, Government Computer
Week and Washington Technology. He is involved in many organizations
such as ACT, IAC, IPIC and various chapters of Armed Forces
Communication Electronic Association (AFCEA). Mr. Goodrich is also
an active participant in the annual U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys
for Tots Program. |

Kenneth Thurber Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer
Dr.
Kenneth J. Thurber is the President and CEO of Architecture
Technology Corporation, a privately-held information technology
company that he founded in 1981. Cyber Security Technologies was
originally formed as a business unit of ATC, and has subsequently
been spun out as an independent corporation. Dr. Thurber currently
serves as CST's chief technical officer. |

government services include roles as chief information officer (CIO)
for the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) U.S. Visitor and
Immigrant Status Indicator Technology (US-VISIT) Program Management
Office, and CIO of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs
Enforcement. Additionally, Hastings served as CIO of the U.S.
Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) where he had a key role
in the integration of former INS into DHS, renamed Immigration and
Customs Enforcement. |

Dennis Heretick Advisor Dennis J. Heretick, as a member of the Senior Executive Service, he is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Department of Justice, Washington, D.C. As Justice CISO, Mr. Heretick develops and manages a Department-wide IT security program in support of the War on Terror. He leads the Justice Department in developing and enforcing IT security standards, and shaping the IT security planning process. He also leads in Department initiatives to leverage IT security technology to facilitate information sharing. A comprehensive performance measurement report card and its related processes that he developed have ensured Justice's security program and the efforts of its managers and technical staffs are performance oriented and based on desired customer outcomes.
In April 2005, Mr.
Heretick was selected as the recipient of the Federal CIO Leadership
Award. This award recognized his accomplishments in implementing a
comprehensive Federal IT Security Program. Through his exemplary
leadership in implementing innovative, enterprise-wide security
solutions, the Department of Justice IT Security Council was
selected for the SecurE-Biz 2005 Cyber Security Team Award. |

Frank Guglielmo brings mixture of Federal and

Enterprises. During his private sector career, Frank has focused on
Homeland Security and Law Enforcement initiatives supporting
information sharing, records management, seat management and
advanced technology initiatives for the Departments of
Homeland Security, Justice, Energy and Labor. During his
27 year Federal Career he served in the Senior Executive Service as
the Director of Computer Services for the U.S. Department of Justice
where he focused on nationwide delivery of reliable computer and
telecommunications services. |
